At Survival Seeds, we’re a family business that values our customers above all else. We’re good people, and we want nothing but happy customers. If your seeds didn’t grow as intended and you’re confident you did everything right, we’ll happily replace them free of charge.
If you change your mind within 30 days, you can return the package in the same condition as you received it for a full refund.
For any other issues, just let us know—we’re here to help and will always do our best to make it right.
Returns Process

- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include Information: Add your name, order number, and reason for return in the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our team.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
No Restocking Fees
We don’t charge restocking fees—ever!
